That Time of Year Again...

...so I'm officially two weeks through sophmore year now.
And may I just say that, ...well I don't have anyone thing to say
but I do have to say it a.) is amazing, b.)sucks miserably, c.)is gonna be better than last year.
Okay, so my classes aren't so bad....at least most of them aren't.
At first, all but a few were terrible, but they're all getting better...except PE obv.

~English 10H....I despise english classes as a stanard--reading and writing are great, but putting them together to annotations and tests and essays and grading and it just ruins it for me, but this year I have like the most amazing teacher and we have the best class discussions.
-->I'll probably hate English again though...give it a month or two.
~Team Games....well that's PE so thats self explanatory, but the teacher doesn't really care what you do so it's an easy credit.
~Algebra 2H...at first I really felt like the teacher has no clue what she's doing..........and I still feel that way, but it's math, so I can't hate it.
~German 2...I hated it last year...somehow this year its amazing, even if we still probably won't learn anything....maybe it's because I'm more outgoing and enjoy being like the rest of the obnoxious people in the class.....
~European History AP....well I love Europe and I love history...and I'm super excited about this class, but it's also an AP class, so yayyy for work loads from hell.
-Orchestra!!!!....well also self explanatory. I wait all day long through all the dreadful boring preceding classes for 6th hour and when I get there everything is all better. A crappy day becomes a perfect day.
~Chemistry 1......the one thing to ruin the perfect day orchestra created for me.

And even if I don't love all of my classes this year quite as much as last year, I'm pretty sure this year will be amazing.
I'm getting a new start. I plan on actually getting involved this year. I've already joined 3 clubs this year so far!!! that's 3 more than I joined last year! and I have a few more to join this week.
I'm also going to do my homework, on time, and read for English, on time, (well maybe...I just really don't want to repeat the Tale of Two Cities incident again...ha)
With all of this, I want to make a new start in all areas. I'm going to start going on those runs I've wanted to go on but have been to afraid to do due to my neighborhood, it's not so bad if I stay in the right areas...
I also feel like I've been branching out more socially, I'm meeting new people and getting to know others better and not resorting solely on my group of close friends....I hope all of this actually works out...who knows.
Well I have goals, and I need to keep them, and maybe I shall

well in non school related news...I watched Pride and Prejudice again today...I first watched it last week at Mackenzie's....
and can I just say it? "Oh Mr. Darcy!"

well aside from the fact that he's a completely fictional character and the actor insuth isn't quite so desirable but that's the point here!!
The point is....well I don't know what the point is...but omfg Mr. Darcy!

It's Labor Day Weekend and tomorrow I'm off to hang with some of the favorites for a movie marathon? hmmm...I wonder what movies will be watched. (pride and prejudice?! kthnxbye)
And on Monday I'm making tie-dye shirts with fellow GayStraightAlliance members...and Tuesday it's back to school, when I hope to officially become a GSA member,...whoo!

Hokay, I am calm now after my last little panic attack

the only thing I have to worry about now is finishing summer reading up...and I have 2 whole weeks left to do it.

This week shall make me more calm, a nice relaxing week for the last full week of summer. Tomorrow I'm hanging out with my 2 favourite mad black women and a Korean tranny(Cassie, John, and Alex that is)...oh the fun we will have. xD Then Wednesday and Saturday its barphdae partay time for various peeps.

So summer reading isn't so bad this year, I'm only on the first of two books, but this book is really good so far, and the writing assignment is as easy as pie. My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult--I haven't even finished it yet, and I'd still recommend it to anyone and everyone, no kidding, so if you haven't read it yet...READ IT. It's so freaking touching it's insane. Now back to pie, I really want some pie right now...mmmmm pieeeee...NO NO! CHEESECAKE *drools*

Anyways this is about the lamest post to date, that is since I deleted all of my old posts to create a new-not-so-new blog. hah

Well to finish this lameness up I shall drop my current obsessions: Flogging Molly and Brand New (bands, yesyes, they are)--excellent they are as well : D

oooh ooh, and I borrowed a lovely movie from BriBriCakes...Elizabethtown, and so I thought it would be a generic lame, but amusing romantic comedy, but I just had to see it because of Orlando Bloom, and it turns out it was a lot different than I expected. It still had the basic aspects of a romantic comedy, but it had this aurora about it that made it dull but the complete opposite of dull at the same time. I'm not quite sure how to explain it, but I really really liked it. Also, it was one of those movies that actually has meaning....people can learn about life I think from this silly little movie, the protagonist loses his job and his dad in one day and nearly commits suicide until he has to take care of family business, and he plans on going through with these plans selfishly for a good part of the movie until he finds all of the reasons that he has to live for, which are much more than just the girl he meets and falls for, but for his family, his own life, and more.

Well school starts in exactly two weeks, and last night I was looking through my enrollment book from when I pre-enrolled like 6 monthes ago. I was looking at the classes I'm going to have to take junior and senior year, which I'm not even sure yet which direction I'm going there AP or IB. IB would be very beneficial, yet a shit load of work and I'd most definitely HAVE to take Summer school/school online....I wish I'd realized the a year and a half ago. Also, I'm not sure a International Baccularete is what I want....I really don't know about that. I could do some AP although and get some IB certificates, but whats the point in IB certificates? *sigh*
I also looked at the classes I want to take Debate, Psychology, Music Theory, and a few others that I don't even have room for. I could actually take Psychology as an IB course but then I'm stuck with the same schedule for two years, IB English, IB History of the Americas, IB Math, IB Science of some kind-either physics or bio, IB German, IB Psychology, and Orchestra.
How fucking boring.
and this being sophmore year, I have know room this year unless I postpone my last PE credit and computer credit to the summer, but who knows I'll go through in getting that and lord knows I wont have room junior and senior year.
and the thing about IB Math....it's just IB Math...whatever the fuck that means!
What happened to Precalc and Calculas that I've been waiting for jun. and sen. year to take for like ever.
and IB Science...I have to choose between Biology and Physics....Biology being the more preferable because I could take one year of Psychology instead of 2 and actually have an empty slot senior year....but I've already taken Biology once, and Chemistry this year...and I don't want two years of Bio IB dissecting god knows what. With IB Physics...I don't get that free space, and how the hell do I know I'll even get physics at all....I have no idea what it is even!!!
eurgh; and this Kansas Board of Scholars, I guess if I want to go to some Kansas school I'm not really sure requires a unit in bio, chem, and physics
I'm thinking partial AP and partial IB but eurgh wtf!?

While I was freaking out about all of this at 3am as well as my current GPA and how I have no hope of being in the Top Ten at graduation anymore, esp after that B in Honors English 9 last semester I realized the route and solution to all of these problems is that I still have no fucking clue what I plan on doing with myself after high school.
Yes, I want to go to a good college....via scholarships!? and maybe student loans if I must

and even worse, I still have no idea what I what I want to do career wise
something that I'll be good at and make lots and lots of money...hum
I've considered Law, but I really am not sure about that....I need to talk to Mack's mom
I've also considered Psychology....I know, doesn't work for me, right? xD
and I've considered many other things that I know I'll never be able to do like be an FBI Agent, or a graphic artist.
*sigh*

and the worst part of all of this, I have till the end of January 2009, thats right 6 monthes.
SIX MONTHES to figure out what I want to do Junior and Senior year, because Junior enrollment is at the end of January....and I sorta need a general idea in my after high school future for this too.

On a good note, I figured out Summer School, believe it or not, will raise my GPA...hmmph, I had no idea
